aka Encyclopedia of CLL Subsets

The Encyclopedia of CLL Subsets is a unique knowledgebase on the usefully homogeneous groups of CLL patients in an otherwise heterogeneous entity.

Around it, layers of novel bioinformatics solutions ensure high quality of information, and enable researchers and clinicians alike to tap into this reference resource to get insights, link their data robustly, collaborate productively.

MASiVEdb, a collective resource of Sirevirus populations, aims to assist in their further identification, annotation, and masking in plant sequences, and of course to support research into the evolutionary dynamics and impact of transposable elements across the Plant kingdom. MASiVEdb was produced by deploying MASiVE, our tool for Sirevirus discovery and analysis, on all currently available whole genome sequences of plants.
